  • 8 ounces gluten free pasta
  • 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup freshly shredded gruyere cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
