- 12 eggs, boiled and peeled
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 Tablespoons mustard
- 1 Tablespoon relish
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika plus more to garnish
- 1 teaspoon chives plus more to garnish
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, cream cheese, mato, mustard, relish, salt, pepper, paprika, and chives.
Use a fork to mash everything together, ensuring there are still some visible pieces of egg for texture.
Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with additional paprika and garnish with chives for a touch of color and flavor.
Consistency is Key: Adjust the creaminess by adding more or less mayonnaise to your liking.
Add Extras: Enhance the dip with Worcestershire sauce for additional flavor, hot sauce for a kick, or bacon bits for a little crunch.
Serving Suggestions: Offer a variety of dippers such as crackers, veggie sticks, or pita chips to please all tastes.
Greek Yogurt: Offers a similar creamy texture with less fat and more protein than mayonnaise.
Spicy Deviled Egg Dip: Add a few dashes of hot sauce or a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
Loaded Deviled Egg Dip: Incorporate crispy bacon, shredded cheese, and green onions.
Store covered in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
