Instructions

  • Combine the 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 1/4 cup pizza sauce, half of the mozzarella, 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning, and 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
