Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango chunks frozen
  • 1 cup mango juice with passionfruit
  • 1 cup sherbet pineapple flavored
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Start by placing the frozen 1 cup mango chunks,1 cup mango juice, 1 cup sherbet, and 1 cup ice into a large blender.

  • After a few initial pulses to break up the larger chunks, set the blender to a low speed and gradually increase to high. Let the ingredients blend together until the mixture is smooth and creamy, with no chunks remaining.

  • Pour the freshly blended smoothie into a tall glass. If desired, garnish with a slice of mango or a few sprigs of mint for an extra touch of freshness.

Notes

If your smoothie is too thick, add a bit more juice. If it’s too thin, add a few more frozen mango chunks or ice.
For a protein boost, add a scoop of your favorite plain or vanilla protein powder.
Substitute the pineapple sherbet with a dairy-free sorbet or coconut milk yogurt to keep the creamy texture without dairy.
