Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise light
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, non fat
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Combine the 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon dill weed, 1/2 teaspoon parsley, 1/4 teaspoon chives, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a medium-sized bowl.
    Ingredients combined in a bowl to make low calorie ranch dressing.
  • Gradually whisk the 1 cup almond milk to achieve your desired consistency.

  • Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

Start with less almond milk and add more as needed to get the perfect thickness. Don't pour it all in at once. Slowly incorporate it. 
Mix in a dash of cayenne pepper or diced jalapeño for a spicy kick.
