Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 2/3 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Add the 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 1/2 medium banana, 3/4 cup frozen strawberries, 1 Tablespoon honey, and 2/3 cup cottage cheese to a blender.
