  • 16 ounces cottage cheese small curd, 4%
  • 1 Ranch seasoning packet

Instructions

  • In a food processor, blend the 16 ounces cottage cheese and 1 Ranch seasoning packet. Process on high for 1-2 minutes or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  • Transfer the dip to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill and let the flavors meld together.
  • If a thinner consistency is preferred, gradually add water, milk, or nut milk, starting with 1/2 teaspoon until you reach your desired thickness.
  • Store the finished ranch dip in the refrigerator in an airtight container. It will keep well for up to a week.
