- 2 medium sweet potatoes 6-8 ounces
Wash and dry the 2 medium sweet potatoes. Poke holes with a fork to allow steam to escape.
Rub the potatoes with a bit of oil and place them in the air fryer basket.
Set the air fryer to 370°F (188°C) and cook for about 35-45 minutes, depending on their size.
For uniformly soft sweet potatoes, make sure they’re similar in size.
Rub the outside of the sweet potatoes with olive oil for a crispier skin.
They’re done when a fork slides in easily without resistance.
